All guests and members' guests assume risk of any and all accidents or injuries of any kind which may be sustained by reason of, or in connection with the use of the club, it’s facilities and any equipment contained therein. Guest hereby releases, discharges, absolves and holds harmless in perpetuity NexT, it’s agents, employees and representatives from any and all liability, except if such accident or injury is the result of negligence of NexT or its authorized representatives.
