BODY RECOMP

The most comprehensive package, for those truly seeking results. 

Body Recomp is the most complete program we have. We believe there are 3 Factors that affect your body composition: Training, Nutrition, and Lifestyle. When these are all in order, you can truly change how you look and feel. 

We offer our Body Recomp in 12 or 24 week programs.

Our approach is to get you a result in the fastest, but most sustainable way possible. We combine Personal Training and Nutritional Programming with Accountability and Habit Change to ensure you adhere to the plan. We map out everything you need to do in order to be successful and then hold you to it!

We believe this is the ultimate combination and anyone who truly gives their full effort into the Body Recomp Program, will see great results. 


SMARTRAIN

Bundle our clubs favorites into one.

In an effort to deliver the best value to our members we created what we call Smartrain. Our Smartrain program is an all-inclusive membership that incorporates Personal Training, Small Group Training and a basic membership. We feel this is the best option for achieving your goals safely and effectively. 

The 1:1 attention during your personal training sessions allows for a structured program, customized for you, based on your goals and abilities. During your sessions, we will be able to focus on building strength, improving muscle tone, increasing your work capacity and overall making you more fit.  You can choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions, and 3,6 or 12 month programs.

Pair that with unlimited access to our SGT classes and you have a training week that cannot be matched elsewhere. Our classes are perfect for filling in the gaps between sessions with your personal trainer. We have a wide variety of classes and a large schedule to work from. With Smartrain, you can essentially be with a trainer every day of the week!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Experience One-On-One Training with an Elite Coach.

Personal training at NexT is a bit different than you’ve ever experienced before. Our trainers provide a high level of focus on technique and programming. You can be guaranteed to increase your confidence out on the gym floor, get stronger, and feel safer using weights.

Undergoing self-testing along with annual certifications and continuing education, rest assured the information and execution you are being provided by our trainers is some of the best the industry has. You will not only increase your abilities, but also redefine the way you think about fitness.


SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Experience a quick turf class in a challenging and uplifting environment.

If you are looking to make the most out of your time in the gym, then look no further. Our 30 minute, Trainer Led, Small Group Classes are the best bang for your buck around. With a wide variety of classes, a broad schedule, and a community of like minded people, we promise you’ll get addicted to these high intensity workouts.
