Life happens—whether it’s injury, illness, or even stress—that can cause setbacks. It’s essential to accept that imperfection is part of the process. Work on consistency over anything else and give yourself some leeway!
  • Overtraining: There’s a misconception that more workouts equal faster results. However, overtraining can lead to burnout, injury, and exhaustion. Recovery is just as important as the workout itself. Take a rest day or two during the week to be sure you’re recovering properly.
