Whether you are looking to go all in, take it slower, or just live a fit lifestyle with training, we have just the thing for you. Our package options range from 3-13 month contracts that contain 30-60 minute sessions at rates of one to three times per week.

This is an all-inclusive try us package that allows you the ability to dip your toes into every service we offer so you can decide what’s best for your journey.

1-on-1 personal training

Personal training at NexT is a bit different than you’ve ever experienced before. Our trainers provide a high level of focus on technique and programming. You can be guaranteed to increase your confidence out on the gym floor, get stronger, and feel safer using weights.

Semi-Private Training

All the benefits of our 1-on-1 personal training with the added benefit of a partner. You’ll share the attention of your trainer,  but also share the price.

Our Smartrain program is a membership that incorporates Personal Training, Small Group Training, and basic membership. We feel this is the best option for achieving your goals safely and effectively.

The 1:1 attention during your personal training sessions allows for a structured program, customized for you, based on your goals and abilities. During your sessions, we will be able to focus on building strength, improving muscle tone, increasing your work capacity and overall making you more fit.  You can choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions, and 3,6 or 13 month programs.

Pair that with unlimited access to our SGT classes and you have a training week that cannot be matched elsewhere. Our classes are perfect for filling in the gaps between sessions with your personal trainer. We have a wide variety of classes and a large schedule to work from. With Smartrain, you can essentially be with a trainer every day of the week!

training plus

If you’ve got fitness goals, it’s likely you’ll need nutritional guidance to help support your training. Our training plus pairs membership, personal training, and nutrition all in one for a complete package. 

body recomp

Our most involved package was designed for those who are very serious about transforming their bodies with training, nutritional, and lifestyle programming. You’ll have everything you need plus the added benefit of full access to your trainer. 

progressive overload


Progressive overload is a training principle that involves gradually increasing the intensity, volume, or frequency of your workouts over time. This principle is essential for achieving long-term results. Your trainer will help you gradually increase the difficulty of your workouts so that you can continue to see progress.
