Do you accept insurance based membership programs?
Yes, we have a growing number of insurance programs we accept. Please reach out to us via email at sales@nextfitclubs.com and we can check to see if you qualify for a free membership.
Are there discounts for Police, Fire, Teacher, or Military?
Yes, if you purchase a 12 month membership commitment, you’ll receive a $5 discount on your monthly dues.
Does your membership have an annual fee?
 If you purchase a 12 month membership commitment, or a month-to-month recurring billing option there is a $49 annual facility fee. It will be charged on the 2nd month of your membership and then annually thereafter.
What if I need to cancel or freeze my membership?
If you need to cancel a membership, please be sure to abide by your contract and give 30 Days Notice. You must have fulfilled your membership contract in order to cancel. We’ll have you fill out a quick form and your membership will be terminated 30 days from when you give notice. Please note: if you have an invoice scheduled within that 30 day period, you’ll get billed one final time and can still use the facility until your term is up.
If you have not satisfied your membership agreement, you may still cancel, but you will pay the lesser of the $250 early termination fee or the remaining invoices on your agreement.
If you need to freeze, you can ask a staff member at the front desk or shoot us an e-mail at sales@nextfitclubs.com. You’ll be charged a $15/mo freeze fee. If this is a medical freeze, please provide us with a Doctor’s note and we’ll waive your freeze fee while you recover and wait for Doctor approval.
Can I transfer my membership?
Yes, you can transfer your membership to another individual. There is a $50 transfer fee to do so and the new member assumes all the terms and conditions of your original membership.
Is there a family discount available?
Yes, if two members of the same household both purchase a 12 month membership commitment, the second person receives a $10 discount off their monthly dues.
Can my child join the gym?
Children under the age of 14 CAN NOT purchase a membership. Ages 14-15 may purchase a membership, but must be accompanied by a chaperone at the gym at all times or be participating in a session with a trainer.
Before that, we have child care available during select hours. Infants must be 6 months or older.Â
