MEMBERSHIP

For the full 8 week duration of the challenge, you’ll have full membership access to both Hillsborough and Princeton club locations.

PERSONAL TRAINING

16 Personal Training Sessions with a seasoned Coach to ensure the best results in movement and strength. This includes two personalized 4 week programs. Your choice of 30 or 60 minute sessions.

GOAL SETTING

With an initial and final InBody Scan, along with a personalized consultation, you’ll work with one of our expert Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaches to assess your needs and develop the most effective strategy for the challenge and beyond.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

You’ll have a bank of unlimited class credits. Choose from a variety of class types and times to join in on the fun with other members and push yourself harder in a community setting. You can take classes at both Hillsborough and Princeton club locations.

INBODY CONSULTATIONS

Take control of your health and habits with bi-weekly InBody Scans paired with 30-minute consultations, guided by a seasoned Fitness & Lifestyle Coach with a proven track record of success. Stay accountable, track progress, and achieve your goals with expert support every step of the way!

What if I’ve never worked out before?

Regardless of your fitness level, our coaches are certified and experiences to offer you the best solutions to drive the best results based on your previous history and your goals.

Can I join if I'm not a member?

Yes! The challenge cost includes membership for both of our locations so you'll be able to enjoy all the amenities of the clubs.

What if I am already a training client?

Wonderful! We're glad you're ready to join in on the fun and accountability of this fully supportive program. Your current membership and training agreements will all be frozen for the 8-week duration and pick back up after the challenge is over. All training credit expiration dates will be extended 8 weeks.

What if I miss a session?

Schedules can be tough. Our training staff will work with you to reschedule your missed session. However, please note that our cancellation policy requires 24 hours of notice (sickness does not apply, pleas only come when you're healthy).

What happens after the challenge ends?

Your success after the challenge matters just as much as your progress during it! At your final InBody Scan and Consultation, your coach will discuss ongoing options, including membership and personal training, to help you maintain and build on your achievements. We’re here to support you every step of the way, even after the challenge ends!

When will the Specialty class take place?

The Hypertrophy Bootcamp with Jamie will be held on Sunday mornings. After all participants have booked, we will send out a poll to determine the best time for the majority! If there is a split, we will toggle time slots through the 8 weeks.
