Here at NexT, we focus on results based training programming, nutritional habits, and lifestyle routines to improve your overall fitness and way of life. We are also a full access commercial gym. Our Princeton location offers a private multiple room vibe for men and women with a modern specialty room for all things turf conditioning.

You don’t have to be in this journey alone. Our training staff is continuously educated and walk the walk themselves. With both male and female trainers, multiple expertise, and a wide range of personalities and training styles, you are sure to find the right fit for you here. But even with those differences, the same care and proven methods will be provided to you in both of our clubs.
