Having options is an important factor to every fitness journey. With SMARTRAIN, you’ll get the individual attention through training sessions but also get to enjoy the energy of classes!

Our Smartrain Program is an all-inclusive membership that incorporates Personal Training, Small Group Training and a basic membership. We feel this is the best option for achieving your goals safely and effectively.

The 1:1 attention during your personal training sessions allows for a structured program customized for you based on your goals and abilities. During your sessions, we will be able to focus on building strength, improving muscle tone, increasing your work capacity and overall making you more fit.  You can choose from 30 or 60 minute sessions, and 3, 6 or 13 month programs.

Pair that with unlimited access to our SGT classes and you have a training week that cannot be matched elsewhere. Our classes are perfect for filling in the gaps between sessions with your personal trainer. We have a wide variety of classes and a large schedule to work from. With Smartrain, you can essentially be with a trainer every day of the week!

The ability to use the gym on your own is the icing on the cake and another way that separates us from smaller studios and gyms, where you are bound only by the class schedule. Once ready, your trainer will have workouts for you to do on the days you are not with them or in a class. We will map out your entire week for you!

If you’re looking for a body transformation, you will need a package with nutrition. Our Smartrain Packages are training only. If you are looking for nutritional guidance to lose or gain weight, be sure to check out our other packages that include nutrition.

What you get with SMARTRAIN

Training Introduction

Whether you're new to fitness, just getting back to it, or have never experienced training with us, our training introduction gives you an hour with your coach to assess where you currently are and where you want to go. This helps our trainers build an appropriate and effective strategy for your time with us.


No need to pay a different fee for membership. We've bundled in your membership fee to the price you are paying per month so you can enjoy the facility any time you are not with your trainer.


After reviewing your goals and developing a strategy with you, your coach will write you a basic program to follow. The number of days you will train, the number of sets, the number of reps, along with proper weight selections will be included. You'll receive a copy of your program along with the ability to edit and log your weights. This will help ensure you are getting better over time and your coach can adjust accordingly.

Training Sessions

Our Smartrain Packages include 30 or 60 minute training sessions at a variety of times per week. You'll get individualized attention from your coach to help walk you through your program. Your coach will be there to ensure proper form and execution to help progressively move you towards your goals.

Small Group Training CLasses on the turf

Our Small Group Training classes are one of our members' favorites because they offer a great balance of challenge and fun. In these classes, you'll work with a small group of like-minded individuals to lift weights, build endurance, and improve your overall fitness. You'll also get to learn from multiple trainers and experience a variety of movements.
