About 1-on-1 Personal Training


We all move differently. While there are basic movements for the body, there are a wide variety of variables that play into what you should be doing, how you should be perrforming, and when you should be performing them. Our 1-on-1 Personal Training options give you the focused attention you deserve. By choosing our 1-on-1 option, you can expect expeditious results compared to training on your own. With years of experience and hundreds of clients, we’ve seen almost everything. Our training staff not only brings experience from the past, but helps you plan your fitness future, taking into account all the roadblocks you’ll face.

Personal training can be an extremely testing time with a motivation push, or it can be a routined structure that fits into your life. Whether you need someone to yell at you and not let you get away with excuses, or you need someone to be sympathetic to your crazy life, 1-on-1 training is for you.  


If you’re looking for a body transformation, you will need a package with nutrition. Our 1-on-1 Personal Training is training only. If you are looking for nutritional guidance to lose or gain weight, be sure to check out our other packages that include nutrition.

What you get with 1-on-1 training

Training Introduction

Whether you're new to fitness, just getting back to it, or have never experienced training with us, our training introduction gives you an hour with your coach to assess where you currently are and where you want to go. This helps our trainers build an appropriate and effective strategy for your time with us.


After reviewing your goals and developing a strategy with you, your coach will write you a progressive program to follow.

The number of days you will train, the number of sets, the number of reps, along with proper weight selections will be included.

You'll receive a copy of your program along with the ability to edit and log your weights. This will help ensure you are getting better over time and your coach can adjust accordingly.

Training Sessions

Sessions can last for 30-60 minutes and can be scheduled one to three times per week. During each session, your trainer will guide you through a variety of exercises that are designed to help you move in the direction of your goals.

Your trainer will be there to guide you through each exercise and make sure that you're performing them with proper form. This will help to prevent injuries and maximize your results. Your trainer will also push you to work hard and challenge yourself.
