16 Personal Training Sessions

2x a week, you work 1-on-1 with an elite coach. We push you safely, correct your form, and maximize every minute you spend on the floor. You’ll even know what to do on days you’re not with your trainer. You’ll go through two different training cycles in the 8 weeks.

Weekly Bio-Feedback Tracking

Every Sunday, you complete a rapid Bio-Feedback Survey. We track your sleep, digestion, and stress levels. If your fat loss stalls, your coach immediately pivots your plan based on your body’s signals.

Precision InBody Consultations

We use 3 separate InBody scans (Start, Mid-Point, Finish) with 1-on-1 consultations to track the exact percentage of body fat you are losing. No more weight anxiety. Just pure composition data to make decisions about the next move. UNLIMITED InBody Scans are included. Only 3 are required.

PLUS: Unlimited Small Group Training classes included for the full 8 weeks.

The “Fair Play” Scoring System:

Total Score = (Workout Consistency) + (Biomarker Compliance) + (Fat Loss Multiplier).

Workout Consistency

  • 3 Points per SGT Class.
  • 5 Points per PT Session.

Cap: Max 20 points/week. (We want to encourage frequency, but not injury).

Biomarker Compliance

  • 5 Points per week upon submission

Bonus: If you submit all 8 weeks, you get a 20-point "Finisher Bonus"

Fat Loss Multiplier

This is our equilizer that allows leaner participants to still have a chance at winning against a higher body fat participant.

  • We use Relative % Lost, not pounds.
  • Formula: (Starting Body Fat % - Ending Body Fat %) / Starting Body Fat %
  • Scoring: Multiply the result by 100.

Example:

  • Client A (18% BF drops to 14% BF (4% drop) = 22.22% improvement
  • Client B (35% BF drops to 28% BF (7% drop) = 20.00% improvement

Don’t want to double-pay? We don’t want you to either. When you join the Summer Shred, we freeze your current membership billing. You won’t pay a dime for your standard dues until after Memorial Day. You simply upgrade to the 8-week package.
